Individual Assessment

Problem The individual achievement or rather the contribution of the separate participants for the task-completion has to be rated by the lecturer.
Framework The assignment of tutors for mentoring the teams and documenting their behaviour, as well as the work performance is recommended.
Solution
For an objective rating of the participants' individual performance the written blog-entries of the team members should be considered (see Self-Assessment of the Team).

Additionally, the tutors mentoring the teams deliver the context of the individual efforts of the participants. This includes the documentation of the contribution of every single team member (e.g. participation on all meetings, bringing in ideas in the discussion forum, completion of his or her tasks) by using an evaluation sheet.

With the help of the described blog-entries and the evaluation sheets, the lecturer distributes points to every participant on a scoring scale from 0 up to 100 points.
